Laura Prudhomme - Birth Doula

Birth is a personal, intuitive, sacred endeavor. There are so many ways forward and all births are unique. Whatever your preferences, wherever you find yourself on your journey, I am here to honor you and help you advocate for yourself as you bring your baby earthside.

My background is rooted in the movement arts as a dancer, yoga/ inquisitive movement teacher and an endless curiosity in the beauty, mystery and intelligence of the body. Birthing bodies are all three - beautiful, mysterious and wildly intelligent!

As a Doula I work to support and empower pregnant folks and their partners to identify what matters most in their vision for labor, birth and in the postpartum period. From those insights I aim to bring awareness to innate and new skills that will align birthing folks and their families with the rhythm of their process.
